Colonel Bleep is set to supervise the construction of a space tunnel that will protect space ships traveling near Septa, Jupiter's seventh moon. Unfortunately construction doesn't go as smoothly as they hoped, and Squeak and Scratch run into a little trouble while transporting the final piece of the tunnel.
